By accessing or using frutjam.com (the "Site") or the Frutjam UI library (the "Library"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Library.

1. The Library — MIT License

The Frutjam UI library is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Library, subject to the following condition:

2. Paid Plan

Frutjam offers a free tier and a paid plan. The paid plan grants access to additional premium components and features as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

  • Paid plan access is granted to the purchasing individual or organisation and is non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to change the features included in paid plans with reasonable notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

3. Documentation and Site Content

All documentation, articles, and written content on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees that the documentation is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
  • Redistribute paid plan content without authorisation
  • Scrape the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers

5. Intellectual Property

The Frutjam name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Frutjam. The open-source library code is MIT licensed (see Section 1). Documentation content is copyright Frutjam and may not be reproduced without attribution.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Library are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frutjam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Library.
