What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for a single developer — 1 seat, one license key. Team is for up to 10 developers on the same subscription. The owner manages seats via the account dashboard, and each member gets their own license key emailed to them.
How do seats work?
Each seat = one developer with their own license key. The subscription owner adds team members by email from the account dashboard. Each member gets their key emailed immediately. The owner can remove a seat at any time to free it up for someone else.
What is Cherry and what is an MCP server?
Cherry is the MCP server included with all paid plans. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI coding assistants call external tools at runtime. Cherry lets your AI fetch exact Frutjam specs on demand — instead of guessing from training data. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, Cline, and any MCP-compatible editor.
How do I receive my license key?
Your license key is emailed immediately after purchase. Check your inbox and spam folder. You can also sign in to your account to manage your subscription and seats.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. All seats are deactivated when the subscription ends.
Can I use Cherry offline?
Cherry validates your license online on first use, then caches it locally for 7 days. After that it re-validates. A short internet connection is all you need.
